In my spare time, I love to cook, read, and embroider. Cooking and embroidering offer a way for me to express my creativity and reading allows for me to take a moment to focus on something different. One thing you should know about me is I am a passionate educator that has had their own experience with learning difficulties. I understand the frustrations that come with struggling to grasp concepts and have a deep desire to aid students in their learning journey. My skills include being certified in the Orton Gillingham phonics program, understanding learning differences, being able to adjust in the moment to ensure success.
