About Megan

I'd describe my personality as patient, understanding, and analytical. I like tutoring because watching the "ah-hah" moment happen when a child is finally able to grasp a concept that they have been struggling with is so rewarding. I'm looking for a job that challenges me. I love finding new ways to help children that really struggle. I started tutoring when I was in high school with a handful of the neighborhood children that were struggling with math. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family. We can be hanging out at home watching TV or spending the day at a theme park, it doesn't matter. I just love being present with them. One thing you should know about me is I will treat your children as if they are my own. If they are struggling, we will find out why and help them turn their struggles into ideas that make sense. My skills include patience, adaptability, and problem solving skills.
