About Megan

I am an experienced educator and advisor skilled in collaborating with students, families, and teachers to maximize growth. In my roles as classroom teacher and academic advisor for a non-profit urban squash organization, I have created engaging lesson plans and assessments on various subjects, measured and analyzed performance data for up to 100 individuals, and have safely managed physical and virtual learning spaces of up to 50 individuals. I am passionate about teaching and presenting ideas in ways that meet the needs of the person or group, even if such approaches may seem unconventional to some. I believe every individual has the potential for growth and success when there is equitable access to resources and information and I have made it one of my goals to contribute to providing such access.
