I strongly believe in play-based learning, teachable moments, and utilizing reinforcement rather than consequences when possible. I previously spent 4 years as a behavioral therapist, working with children on the spectrum. I held CPR/BLS certificates and my RBT. Before ABA, I was an infant/toddler teacher at Celebree and a full time nanny for 3 families, over 6 years. I grew up as the oldest of 5 children and babysat for years prior to the start of my career. I'm a mother of one so my experience extends to my home life as well!
