Jessica nannied for our son from the time he was 3 months to 2 years old. We shared her with another family with a girl the same age. Jessica always managed to keep the two kids on the same schedule and was great about establishing a routine. She was happy to see them EVERY single day and brought so much energy and positivity. Jessica is great at taking initiative and has good instincts. She pays attention to detail and was often to point out new developments in the kids. She's a problem solver, honest, resourceful, and was always helping the kids reach the next milestone. Can't recommend her enough!!
