About Masiti

Hi! My name is Masiti, and I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental needs. I currently work directly with clients in structured settings and am finishing my master's degree in a related field. I specialize in providing calm, consistent, and supportive care while following existing routines and behavior plans created by supervising professionals. My approach is patient, compassionate, and structured, with a strong focus on safety, emotional regulation, and positive engagement. I'd describe my personality as I'm supportive, patient and reliable I like working with kids because I enjoy helping them feel understood, supported, and confident. I find it meaningful to be part of their growth-especially when they overcome something that once felt hard. I'm patient, calm, and I like creating environments where kids feel safe to learn and be themselves.
