About Shyna

hi! i'm shyna, i'm a psychology student with over 2 years of experience working with children through babysitting, nannying, and behavioral therapy. i've cared for kids of all ages, from newborns to teens, and I truly love creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where kids feel comfortable and cared for. along with childcare, I also have experience working with children with autism and different behavioral or developmental needs through my background as a behavior therapist. this has helped me become very patient, attentive, calm under pressure, and understanding of every child's unique personality and needs. i'm very responsible, dependable, and organized, while still being playful and engaging with kids. whether it's helping with routines, homework, meals, bedtime, crafts, outdoor activities, or simply making sure your child feels happy and comfortable, I always try to bring positive energy and genuine care into every family I work with!
