About Marynell

I like working with kids because kids help me connect with my inner child! The imagination and curiosity that children exude bring me so much joy to be around. Working with children is so rewarding because of the opportunity to make a positive impact on their lives and help them grow into confident and capable individuals. I'm looking for a job that keeps me busy, provides me with opportunities for personal growth and a sense of purpose, and is a good fit with my skills and interests. I started working with kids when I was in high school. I babysat for numerous families in my hometown, and was a camp counselor for a few summers. In college, I would occasionally nanny for families when I had the time. In my spare time, I like to paint, sculpt, read, listen to podcasts, watch movies, do puzzles, exercise, write, play with my cat, and cook! My skills include patience, good communication, creativity, flexibility, organization, empathy, safety awareness, and conflict resolution!
