About Martha

My name is Martha. I am Ecuadorian. I live in the United States for more than 20 years. I reside in the same home address for more than 20 years. I am a mother 2 children. One of 17 years old and the other of 10 years old. I am a very responsible mother. I have been taking care of children for more than 10 years. I can describe myself as hard-working, simple, and responsible. My job has always left the families very happy. I have worked with children since newborn to 6-year-olds. I understand the worries of a parent in leaving their baby in the hands of a nanny; that is why I take care of the child as if it was my own because I am a mother. For me taking care of a child at in their early stage is to make them feel loved, protected and secure that is the most important part of taking care of a child. With the children I have taken care of , based on the parents opinions, I have taken them to the park, libraries, and zoos. I love reading to children because in literature their imagination will expand. For those parents that are interested in their child to learn a different language, I can speak to them in Spanish and read them in Spanish. For me taking care of children is not written in books is something that is born from the heart. If you give me a chance, you are not gonna regret it. I am First Aid/CPR certified. I am very flexible in my schedule and I have very good references from other families. I also do lighthouse keeping while the child is sleeping, for those families who are interested.
