Jill has cared for our son as part of a nanny share with our neighbors since he was five months old, and we could not recommend her more highly. She is incredibly loving, attentive, and reliable. Both boys absolutely adore her, and it's clear how much she adores them. Jill strikes the perfect balance when it comes to setting boundaries and encouraging independence. She is neither overly strict nor too easygoing, and she knows when to gently push the boys to try something new or do something for themselves. For example: encouraging our son to walk down the stairs holding the banister rather than crawl, even when he complains! That combination of warmth, patience, and confidence has helped him grow enormously. She's not only taught the boys a ton, she's taught US a ton as first-time parents! We're transitioning our son to daycare this fall, and saying goodbye to Jill is going to be a very tough transition. She's become SUCH an important part of our son's (and our!) lives. Any family would be extraordinarily lucky to have her.
