About Marissa

Hi! My name is Marissa and I am looking for a family to nanny for. I have been a preschool teacher for the past two years, and have 5 years of professional experience working with children of all ages. I also have experience working with children who are neurodivergent and I have taken courses in trauma-informed care. I have a Bachelor's degree in English, with a course credits in child development and educational psychology. While nannying I would love to provide creative educational activities, spend lots of time outdoors, do arts and crafts, and create and sustain positive and meaningful relationships with children and their families. I am open to light housework and cooking. I am certified in CPR and first aid (wilderness, too!). Some of my hobbies are hiking, indoor rock climbing, and reading!
