Talked on the phone March 26 concerning tutoring lessons. Agreed on a date/time to meet at the library for the first tutoring session for our child. Texted and called Marissa the day prior to the lesson to confirm and never received a response via text or phone. We showed up for the lesson at the library and waited 15 minutes and Marissa never showed up.
