We were so excited to adopt, but never expected such a sudden placement. With only one day to prepare, I was so thankful to have her step in and show me (repeatedly until I felt confident) how to swaddle, use a front carrier, and bath our little one for the first time. She was also instrumental in navigating sleep issues.
