While I didn't work with or hire her, I was considering her for a position. Marisa and I did connect and scheduled an interview. She accepted and we were scheduled for a video interview that she never showed up for. She also didn't send a note to say what happened, her schedule changed, etc or reply to mine when I checked in to see why she missed our call or if she had trouble logging in for it. Since being responsible and communicating clearly is also important to consider when hiring a caregiver, I thought this was important to share.
