Hi! My name is Kaitlyn, and I'm a caring, responsible childcare provider with over seven years of experience working with children from infancy to pre-teens, including kids on the autism spectrum. I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and encouraged to grow. I'm very family-oriented and prioritize patience, kindness, and respect in every interaction. My background includes college coursework in Early Child Development, and I am CPR and First Aid certified.
