Hi, I am a bilingual CPR/ First Aid Certified, caring patient, nurturing, trustful compassionate-childcare provider with clear communication skills and reliable transportation. As a mother of three biological children and 4 Foster Kids I have lots of experience in challenging behaviors. Serving to families with children with especial needs through Channel island Social Services for almost 8 years, I learned to respect and support individual differences and abilities in each child. I assist with basic personal needs as diapering, toilet training, toileting, hand washing, and assist with meal preparation while maintain a clean and safe environment. Children's learning is promote through age-appropriate activities, and programs, setting clear expectation, and applying positive reinforcement to get the desire behavior.
