About Nia

Hello! My name is Nia and I'm passionate about helping children grow, learn, and feel confident in themselves. I hold a Bachelor's degree from UC Davis with a minor in Human Development, including coursework in Early Child Development. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician in ABA, where I support special needs children in building communication, social, and daily living skills through both structured teaching and play-based learning. I also have experience as a teacher's assistant in a bilingual second grade classroom, supporting students in both English and Spanish. At my clinical center, I lead fun group activities that incorporate music, instruments, and singing to encourage social interaction and confidence. I'm CPR and CPI certified and prioritize creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. I'm reliable, patient, and communicative, and I'm happy to follow your family's routines while providing updates and support every step of the way.
