Malena came to our rescue after SEVERAL other people bailed on us. We had multiple caregivers agree to take a week long job, two of whom even came to our home and met our daughter, then were no call no shows, and basically ghosted us. I was forced to find someone to start the next day, and luckily I found Malena. We chatted on the phone and she was super nice and professional. She showed up on time, and was great with our daughter. She learned the GI tube feeding very quickly and was not intimidated by it. Our daughter took to her right away, and she kept her entertained and happy. She was professional, respectful, kind, and fun. We will definitely hire her again. Thank you Malena!
