I like to incorporate my background and expertise in yoga and coaching into caring for children. I can teach kids to practice mindfulness to promote calmness, focus, and quiet times. I can coach and assist with homework or facilitate playtime to help with keeping children active. I can also coach breathwork, meditation, stretching, all are very beneficial in aiding me with child care. I have a lot of patience and attention to detail when caring for children.

April is one of the best! Our son looks out the front window for her when we say April is coming to play. She is attentive, on time, very reliable and always made sure my son was safe and having fun. She would be such a great addition to any care taking needs you have.
