Hello! I'm Makenna, and I have 12+ years of experience in childcare as a Lead Childcare Provider, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and nanny/babysitter. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Montana State University, which has given me a strong understanding of child development. I've worked for 4 years as a Lead Childcare Provider at Southwood Child Care, focusing on infants and 1- and 2-year-olds, where I managed schedules, created activities, and maintained a nurturing environment. As an RBT at BlueSprig Pediatrics, I implemented individualized behavioral support plans for children with developmental and behavioral challenges. I believe in using play, creativity, and positive reinforcement to foster a fun and supportive environment for growth.
