About Eleanor

For the past three years, I've had the joy of caring for children of all ages, from toddlers to pre-teens. I am comfortable with up to four children at a time. I've also been a registered behavior technician for 3 years working with children with ASD in a clinic setting. I'm also in grad school for social work! Background includes graduate coursework and certifications in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I believe in fostering a fun and engaging environment through outdoor play, board games, and educational activities. I am creative, friendly, and happy to help with meal prep, carpooling, and light housekeeping. Open communication is important, and I always follow parents' preferred method for daily updates or addressing concerns. Household rules are important, and I am very comfortable enforcing them.
