About Madeline

Hello! My name is Maddie, and I am a certified teacher by the Florida Department of Education. Currently, I am employed as a science teacher for grades 6-12 in the Osceola County School District. I have a strong passion for working with children, whether it is in a childcare setting or assisting them in achieving their educational goals through tutoring. As an educator, I am well-versed in the Florida curriculum and skilled in designing interactive activities that aid students in reaching their educational milestones as a tutor, or simply to keep them engaged and away from electronics throughout the day! Prior to my teaching career, I worked as an Emergency Medical Technician for two years and as a Pediatric Behavioral Health Technician for one year. These roles have provided me with the opportunity to work with children who have complex medical needs and special needs, working in both a medical setting and a childcare/nanny setting.
