Madeline is kind, empathetic and meticulous. She cares for both my home and my two high-maintenance cats in my absence and does a phenomenal job. When I come back, neither one of them seem to care at all and obviously have been spoiled rotten. The house is always in better condition than I left it. Madeline follows my rather lengthy instructions to the letter and then goes the extra mile. One of the best!
