Making Music Marvelous! Hi. My name is Lydia. I have a degree in music therapy. I taught special education and I have worked with a variety of students with and without special needs. A common thread is music is not only fun but educational but proven and effective to work in implementing goals and objectives. Whether playing an instrument to remembering the words to a song, music brings people to life, while helping in a vast range of areas: concentration, motor and fine motor skills, independence, and promotes great mental and physical health. I will be glad to help your child with any task he or she needs to achieve and help restore, improve, or maintain the level of functioning to promote the highest quality of life for your person!
