I'm looking for a second family to join a nanny share in Queen Anne as soon as possible. The kid is over 1-year-old. About me: I'm a former science teacher with a master's degree in Biodiversity & Environment. I've worked with children for many years, and I truly love watching them grow, learn, and develop over time. Families describe me as fun, empathetic, responsible, engaging, punctual, and organized. I'm looking for a family that values clear communication, mutual respect, and teamwork. I have experience caring for multiple children (nanny-share included) from 3 months to 12 years old, as well as experience in Montessori-based approaches, sleep training, potty training, transitioning to solid foods, and helping children build a healthy relationship with food. I'm a strong driver with my own car and comfortable transporting children. I am CPR and First Aid certified and fully vaccinated (Flu, Tdap, and COVID booster).
Luyza is a caring and confident caregiver. She was our nanny for our 1.5 year old and has watched both our kids (4yo & 1.5yo) in the evenings/weekends. She brings tons of experience. With our youngest, she quickly identified strategies to help them eat/sleep better. She is also a lot of fun - our oldest regularly asks for her to come over. Whenever Luyza is with our kids we know they are in great hands.
