Hi! I'm Luisa, a bilingual (English/Spanish) journalist living in NYC. While my professional career is in national news, caregiving has been an important part of my life for many years. I helped care for my grandparents through serious health challenges, including heart conditions and cancer treatments. During that time, I assisted with transportation to appointments, household tasks, meal preparation, companionship, and emotional support. My work as a news producer has taught me to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and handle unexpected situations with confidence. I also have HEFAT (Hostile Environment & First Aid) training, which includes emergency preparedness and first aid skills. I enjoy connecting with people, listening to their stories, and providing companionship. I am warm, responsible, compassionate, and dependable.
