New to Care
This is a criminal background check required for all caregiver before they can message families.
Caring for others has always been central to who I am. I have extensive experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, including serving as a dedicated caretaker throughout college. That experience strengthened my patience, attentiveness, and deep respect for maintaining dignity and independence in those I support. I am preparing to begin my Master's in Psychology at Columbia this fall and am passionate about providing compassionate, reliable care. I value meaningful conversation, consistency, and creating a calm, supportive environment. I am CPR and First Aid trained and can assist with companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility support, medication reminders, and transportation. I communicate clearly with families and prioritize safety, trust, and respect in every role. I would be honored to support your loved one with thoughtful, attentive care.
