Hello, My name is Louisa W. I began nannying my first summer before college but I have grown up taking care of cousins and younger siblings from ages one to 15 throughout my life. From spending summers with a family in need of a nanny during the activity-filled days to working through the pandemic which called for online schooling with elementary students I have worked in various situations. I strive to strengthen and encourage an environment of self-efficacy and I foster a growth mindset for the children I work with. Exploring the outdoors is something that I also strongly endorse for the child, adolescent, and even adult mind. Having been raised in and around an artistic family I love motivating children to express themselves through music, art, theater, writing, and other fun activities. Louisa has been a savior for our family. She takes care of my kids, my dog and my house. She is extremely dependable and responsible. She is kind and sweet and can always make my kids laugh. We have had the pleasure of having her in our lives for the past year and we will surely miss her when she moves on to her next job. Anyone would be lucky to have her!
