It can always be hard for a new caregiver to interact with a new kid especially when parents are home and working. I tried to motivate my child (4.5 year old) with treats (sweets and the like) to hang out with Tyler but my kid ultimately kept coming back to interact with me. Tyler figured out that things like nail painting and hair tying kept my child really excited and engaged. They had loads a fun at home and I had plenty of time to focus on work. She was also extremely tidy and helped our kid help keep our house clean. So so appreciate that as I was extremely overwhelmed
