Riah has been watching our son since summer of 2020, when he was just over a year old (now 3.5!). Riah has been an integral part of our home from the very beginning and has remained so thru weird and challenging times (COVID, work from home, starting preschool, etc.). I appreciate so much about Riah -- she's honest, trustworthy, flexible, and--most importantly--she's patient and loving with our son. She has adapted (and advised) thru so many changes --from nap schedules, meal/eating habits, COVID precautions, and gentle parenting techniques. Riah has been as involved in rearing our son as either parent -- her advice, observations, and tips/tricks have been invaluable to our family. Not only does Riah watch our son, but she has often also watched his younger cousin, pet-sit our dog, and helped out with light household chores. She's an asset to any family in need of childcare or support! You'd be lucky to have her. :)
