About Eleanor

Hi everyone! My name is Eleanor, I am 22, and I am looking for a full time or part time caretaking position in my hometown of Austin. I have been in the child care field for over 5 years and have experience from 4 weeks to 13 years! I employ a holistic approach to child care with lots of exploring nature and hands on learning to meet milestones. I am dedicated to physical, mental, and emotional growth through gentle redirection and child led play to encourage confidence and decision making skills. I feel that child care is my passion in life and I approach it with the care and importance that it deserves.
