About Liztere

I'd describe my personality as creative, patient, and curious. I like working with kids because they help me see the world as a kid again. I first started working with kids when my sister (a single mom) had her daughter in 2013 when I was 14, and after meeting my partner with 2 sons (4 & 5) in 2023. I also have extended experience with cats and dogs through personal and foster care throughout every life stage, as well as experiences with, turtles, fish, and birds as I grew up with them. I go to school for environmental science, and normally work gardening related jobs. In my spare time I like to walk, dance either solo or in groups, create art, explore natural spaces, and volunteer through local environmental stewardship groups. I'm also training to be a certified body worker. One thing you should know about me is I try to utilize conscious discipline techniques. My skills include patience, crafts, and incorporating healthy ingredients into foods kids like.
