About Lily

Lily worked for us from the time our child was 3 months to 11 months old. As first-time parents, we were initially nervous, but she provided incredible peace of mind through her expertise in infant development and her safety-conscious approach. Our baby absolutely adored her and would light up with joy every single morning when she arrived. We were consistently impressed by her ability to maintain a peaceful, quiet environment in our home, which was invaluable for our daily flow. Simultaneously, she excelled at keeping our baby actively engaged in developmentally appropriate activities, from sensory play to reaching new physical milestones. Lily is a true self-starter; her exceptional organizational skills were evident in everything she touched, as she maintained meticulous attention to detail and kept our household running smoothly and structured without needing constant direction. Beyond childcare, Lily was indispensable. She was incredibly flexible with her schedule, often helping us on weekends or into the evenings. She also took fantastic care of our multiple dogs and assisted with housekeeping, ensuring our home stayed tidy and organized. We were heartbroken to let her go due to a relocation out of state and even considered bringing her with us. She is a professional, caring, and trustworthy individual.
