About Lisa

There are some people who come into your life at exactly the right moment, and Lisa is one of those people. About a year ago, I was completely overwhelmed. Our children’s longtime nanny had just been diagnosed with cancer, and for the first time ever, I was calling daycares and trying to figure out group childcare. I was emotional, anxious, and honestly had no idea what I was doing. I happened to call a daycare that didn’t even have the infant part-time care we needed, but the person who answered the phone didn’t just end the conversation. She took the time to listen, calm my fears, and point me toward a daycare that would be a great fit for our family. That person was Lisa. Months later, when we started at the daycare she had recommended, I was shocked to discover that Lisa was my daughter’s teacher in the infant room. Once we put the pieces together, we couldn’t believe it. I had often wondered who that kind stranger on the phone was, and meeting her in person truly felt like God had brought us together. Lisa was an incredible teacher to my daughter and quickly became someone our entire family trusted. She later began caring for both of our children in our home on days they were out of school, and we couldn’t have asked for a better caregiver. Lisa uses the Love and Logic approach, and it shows in everything she does. She is patient, gentle, kind, and incredibly skilled with children. She has a calm, nurturing presence that makes kids feel safe, loved, and understood. She balances warmth with appropriate guidance and truly connects with each child. I recommend Lisa wholeheartedly and without hesitation. If you are looking for someone who will genuinely love your children, care for them as if they were her own, and create a happy, positive environment, Lisa is that person. We will always be grateful for the difference she has made in our family’s life.
