About Kaidyn

I am a caring and dependable individual with a strong passion for working with children and supporting their growth in a safe, nurturing environment. As a college student pursuing my nursing degree, I have developed a solid understanding of child development, health, and safety, which continues to strengthen my commitment to caregiving. I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially going for walks, and I also love reading. I have over five years of hands-on experience working with young children, primarily between the ages of 9 months and 3 years old. Through this experience, I have built strong skills in maintaining consistent routines, assisting with feeding and diapering, encouraging early learning through play, and responding calmly and attentively to each child's individual needs. I am CPR certified and trained in safe sleep practices, and I always prioritize creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for the children in my care.
