About Linda

Most of my adult life I have spent caring for not only my children, but also I have worked in childcare for well over 20 years. In addition to help care for my own grandchildren, who now are ages 6 weeks through 22 years of age, I have worked in places like the YMCA, Kid City USA, and Building Blocks Academy. I have worked with infants through 12 years old in a day care environment and have for the past 1 1/2 years worked as a nanny in two separate homes. I have a nurturing grandmother heart and love to care for and help develop young minds. My favorite things are to sing to and with the children and also to read to them and help them to develop their love for reading (if they are old enough). Babies I am very skilled at taking care of, but love all children. Looking forward to meeting you and possibly taking care of your precious children. My desire is to work between 15 - 20 hours a week, as my husband is retired and I only want to work part time.

Linda worked with our family for over a year and was an integral part of our family. She took amazing care of our daughter starting at 4 months old. Not only did I trust her fully with our child but I developed such a treasured relationship with her while working from home and transitioning to a full time mom. It is worth so much to trust the care of your child and also feel so connected personally. I can’t sing enough praises for the gentleness, intentionality, as well as responsiveness to specific requests in caring for our child as an extension of my husband and I.
