About Makayla

I would describe my personality as outgoing, bubbly and friendly! :) I love working with kids because I feel they teach me more than I teach them. I have my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education K-6 and was unfortunately let go from my 3rd grade position in OCPS due to budget cuts. I've always loved working with kids. My passion in life is helping children! I started working with kids when I was 12 years old. I have babysat/nannied for all different kinds of families and children. I have been living in Orlando Fl for 5 1/2 years and have been with two families for long periods of time! I am happy to provide references if needed :) In my spare time, I like to play volleyball with friends, go to the beach, listen to music and go on nature walks. One thing you should know about me is I am a caregiver who actually PLAYS with and TEACHES your child! Too many times in my life time did I have a sitter who sat around on their phone. I pride myself in being an attentive caregiver!
