About Lily

I'd describe my personality as hard working, intentional, resourceful I like working with kids because I enjoy learning how to best help someone, and I appreciate the reward that comes from helping a child succeed. And I have a lot of fun with kids! I started working with kids when I was a child myself. I first started babysitting the neighbors when I was 12, and since then have held countless paid positions as a nanny, babysitter, tutor, camp counselor, and most recently as a teacher at an art camp. In my spare time, I like to go for runs, swim, read, and write. I also love to explore, going for walks around the city, and being in nature. One thing you should know about me is I'm incredibly realizable, and I meet kids where they are at. I know that it takes time to build a relationship with children and I'm here to do that work and become trusted by you and your kids. My skills include behavior management, a calm and consistent disposition, and strong communication skills.
