About Lily

Hi there, my name is Lily and I'm an experienced and thoughtful educator and childcare professional. I've been working in education and childcare for 10+ yeard, starting as a babysitter. Since then, I've worked as a nanny, camp counselor, art school teacher, and tutor in math, Spanish, and writing. I've worked with children 5 months old through college age. My skills include behavior managemnet and curriculum development. I bring a calm energy and prioritize strong communication with parents and families. I like working with kids because I feel energized by this line of work. I enjoy building relationships with children through patience and consistency, and seeing the positive impact we can have on each other's lives. One thing you should know about me is that I take a lot of pride in the work I do and I invest myself deeply in my community. In my spare time, I enjoy running, reading, and writing. I also love exploring the city, going for walks, and spending time in nature.
