About Lillian

Hello, my name is Lillian or you could call me Lilly. I've been working with kids since I was one. I love to push their creativity, problem-solving, and teach them new in simple play-learning. Their development is something important to me as I am currently studying and saving to become a child therapist. In past jobs I've assisted children with regular handwashing and wiped down hard surfaces often to minimize germ spread. Encouraged curiosity, exploration and problem-solving appropriate to children's development levels. Observed play activities to identify positive behaviors and areas in need of improvement, implementing behavior redirection where appropriate. Applied positive behavior management techniques to enhance social interactions and emotional development.
