About Abby

Hi! My name is Abby and I am a passionate, caring, and reliable individual with a degree in child development and a minor in special education. I am safe sleep/infant and toddler suffocation prevention certified and CPR and first aid certified. I have several years experience working with children of all ages and their families in settings such as nannying, child care centers, and a mental health setting. I truly believe that all families deserve high quality care for their children and follow this philosophy by building trusting relationships with families and providing a safe and stable environment for their kids. I provide positive, fun, and play-based educational activities centered around children's interest. Lastly, I implement a gentle caregiving and Montessori approach when helping children discover rules and routines, develop socially and emotionally and gain practical life skills. I look forward to helping out families and caring for some amazing kiddos!
