About Mackenzi

Hello! I have extensive experience in childcare and early childhood education/mental health. I have a bachelor's and master's degree in social work and have spent the last year and a half working as a children's therapist. While I love clinical work, I've realized I can make an even bigger impact on children's lives in the role of a nanny. I've had many roles in childcare from toddler teacher and YMCA caregiver to a child advocate in a crisis nursery and a forensic interviewer specializing in childhood trauma. I've also spent years nannying for little ones as young as 3 months old. My goal is to bring a holistic approach to your home, using my mental health background to help navigate big emotions or tricky behaviors in a way that feels natural and supportive.
