Hello! My name is Lillian, I'm a 23-year-old caregiver with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology. I am patient, dependable and compassionate. I previously worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing one-on-one support to children on the autism spectrum while helping them develop social, communication, behavioral, and daily living skills. I'm currently pursuing my master's degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling. I've been babysitting for 7 years and have experience caring for children of all abilities, from toddlers to teens. I'm CPR certified, certified in Psychological First Aid, and passionate about creating a safe, engaging environment where children can learn, play, and be themselves. I'm a hands-on caregiver who enjoys getting involved in each child's interests.
