Hi! I'm Lillian, a 23-year-old caregiver with 7+ years of babysitting experience with children of all abilities, from toddlers to teens. I'm patient, dependable, compassionate, and love creating a safe and fun environment where kids can be themselves! I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology and am currently pursuing my master's in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling. I previously worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing one-on-one support to children with autism and helping develop social, communication, behavioral, and daily living skills. I'm CPR/First Aid and Psychological First Aid certified. I'm a hands-on caregiver who loves getting involved in each child's interests.
