About Desirae

Hi there, my name is Desirae and I'm an energetic and creative 29-year-old! I fell into childcare 7 years ago and love it so much! My favorite age group are toddlers, but I have experience with all ages. I am finishing up my undergraduate degree at West Texas A&M I'm looking for a part-time position, my rates start at $18/hour for one child. I have worked for 2 families. I'm CPR certified, have my own car, and have taken online courses in child development. I have experience working with children on the ASD spectrum, as well as children with ADHD, FAS, and DS. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing seasonal crafts, baking, pretend play, encouraging independent time, and special weekly outings when appropriate. I'm firm but kind and will work with you on any challenges your child may come to. I look forward to meeting you.
