I've always grown up loving kids my mom was the designated family babysitter for family and friends. So whenever we had a kid to babysit I would always help out! Also for the past two summers (2024 and 2025) I have worked at a summer camp called The Painted Turtle! It is a camp for kids with chronic illnesses so each week we'd work with different kids with different illnesses. Sometimes kids needed full help with self care or little to no help, some kids had only physical disabilities or only cognitive disabilities or even both. I've also worked with kids who had autism, adhd, Down syndrome, and behavioral issues as well. But even though it was can hard sometimes it's made me love working with kids more.
