I have worked with a few families from Care. com and can provide references. I helped my mother raise my brother (21) who lives with autism, so I have experience working with special needs children. I've worked with children of different cultural backgrounds, as well as with different health status from mental/intellectual disabilities, to severe allergies and diet restrictions.
