About Lillian

I've always loved being around kids - growing up as one of four with dozens of young neighbors, I've been caring for younger children for as long as I can remember. Over the past year, I've also worked in two different nannying roles, supporting families and getting to know what helps a household run smoothly. I'm patient, calm, creative, and responsible, and I really enjoy keeping kids engaged in the ways that work best for them. I'm comfortable adapting to each family's needs and household routines and make it a priority to communicate clearly with parents in whatever way works best for them. I'm happy to help with cooking and meal prep, light housekeeping, and more. I have prior CPR training and can think on my feet. I'm currently a Sociology student at the University of Maryland, College Park, and I'm comfortable caring for multiple children at once. I truly enjoy building trust with families and love knowing I can make a positive difference in kids' everyday lives.
