About Lilisa

Caring for children and supporting individuals with disabilities is something I truly love! I have about 2 years of caretaking experience and have also helped care for my younger siblings, which taught me patience, compassion, responsibility, and how to provide personalized support. I can help with companionship, daily routines, fun activities, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and other appropriate care needs. I enjoy creating a calm, cheerful environment through reading, crafts, games, outdoor time, and each person's favorite interests. My experience as an optical manager and lab technician at Advanced Family Eye Care & 947-EYES strengthened my communication, organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail. I've also had CPR training and take safety seriously. I'm dependable, compassionate, and committed to helping each person feel safe, valued, respected, and supported while encouraging independence whenever possible.
