About Holly

With 30 years experience in pediatrics, sensory-aware support, emotional wellness, personal care, nutrition, health routines, sanitation, and routine building, my approach combines compassion with an understanding of developmental needs, emotional regulation, safety, and individualized support. I have experience caring for children with higher support needs, including autism, disabilities, emotional / behavioral challenges, and complex daily routines. While I have extensive healthcare and caregiving experience, I'm no longer a licensed medical or mental health professional. Caregiving is more than supervision. It's creating a safe, structured environment where each child feels understood, respected, and valued. I've provided care for a child with significant disabilities since 2016 and now I'm semi-retired, but want to continue helping kids while I launch a nonprofit org. Families can expect a calm, observant, dependable caregiver who treats every child with dignity and respect.
