About Lexi

Hi! I'm a friendly, responsible, and active person who genuinely enjoys working with kids. I have several years of experience working with children in childcare, babysitting, camps, and teaching. I worked at a skatepark for three years, where I taught private skateboarding lessons and helped run summer camps. Before that, I volunteered with a nonprofit teaching skateboarding through youth camps. I loved helping kids build confidence, learn new skills, and have fun. I also worked at a daycare with children ages 18 months to 2 years and helped in classrooms with kids up to age 5. I've also babysat regularly for the same family for the past five years, which has taught me a lot about building trust with both kids and parents. I'm comfortable keeping kids active and engaged, helping with routines and meals, and coming up with fun activities based on their interests. Most importantly, I want kids to feel safe, comfortable, and excited to spend time together.
