About Lauren

My name is Lauren. I am a yoga teacher, personal trainer in Duluth MN. I am outgoing with many hobbies I enjoy year round. In my free time I like to go look for agates, walk to lending libraries in my neighborhood, taking care of my houseplants and vc my grandparents weekly for hours at a time. I feel great joy helping others live and feel healthier and happier. I am a great cook and learned my mom and grandma's recipes before I went to college. I am very clean and organized and organize my closet in rainbow order. I wanna learn more about woodworking and wire wrapping so I'm taking a few classes this summer. I wanna learn more about you and can be a companion for whatever appointments, adventures or little victories you are looking to share!
